Eligibility requirements

- Any technical issue or setup difficulty is reported to GymForce within 7 calendar days of purchase
- The customer gives GymForce a reasonable opportunity to diagnose the issue, provide guidance, and complete the agreed resolution steps
- After that support process, the customer sends a clear written cancellation and refund request within 30 calendar days of the original purchase
The guarantee is not unconditional and does not apply to renewals, add-ons, hardware, messaging or third-party charges, custom work, misuse, policy violations, or amounts already consumed unless required by law.

Refunds are generally unavailable for

4. How to request a refund
First report technical or setup concerns to the GymForce team within 7 calendar days of purchase and cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting. If you still do not wish to continue after the support process, email gymforcein@gmail.com within the applicable 30-day period with your account name, registered phone number, billing details, reason, and an explicit written request to cancel and refund. Verbal messages or simply stopping use do not constitute a refund request.
