GymForce wants customers to be satisfied with the Service. This policy explains when refunds may be issued for subscription services.

2. Subscription refunds
Annual subscriptions only
- First 14 days: a full refund may be available to new subscribers
- After 14 days: refunds are generally unavailable
- Credits already used during the refund period are not refundable
- Approved refunds are usually processed in 5–10 business days
GymForce currently offers annual subscription plans rather than monthly plans.
3. Refund eligibility
You may be eligible when
- You cancel within the applicable refund period
- GymForce cannot provide the Service because of a verified technical issue
- There was a billing error
- You were charged for a service you did not authorize
- A significant service disruption occurred
Refunds are generally unavailable for
- A change of mind after the refund period
- Not using the Service after purchase
- Downgrading to a lower plan
- Third-party charges or fees
- Violation of the Terms of Service
- Credits already used
4. How to request a refund
Email gymforcein@gmail.com with your account name, registered phone number, billing details, and the reason for the request. Our team will confirm receipt and may ask for additional information.
5. Refund processing
Timeline
- Review period: typically 2–3 business days
- GymForce processing: typically 5–10 business days
- Your bank may require an additional 3–5 business days
Refund method
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible
- Bank-transfer refunds may require verified account information
6. Subscription changes
Plan changes
Annual-plan upgrades and changes are available within the current subscription structure.
Upgrades
An upgrade may be charged on a prorated basis while keeping the original annual renewal date.
Downgrades
Downgrades take effect at the end of the active annual billing period. Price differences are not refunded.
Cancellation
You may cancel renewal at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid annual period unless otherwise agreed.
7. Special circumstances
Service interruptions
A verified interruption lasting more than 24 consecutive hours may qualify for an account credit or partial refund at our discretion.
Billing errors
Incorrect GymForce charges will be investigated and corrected where verified.
Duplicate charges
Verified duplicate charges will be refunded promptly after notification.
8. Disputed charges
Please contact GymForce before filing a dispute with your bank so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Chargebacks may temporarily suspend the affected account while reviewed.
9. Refund exceptions
We may consider exceptions for medical emergencies, business closure or relocation, material changes to core functionality, or extended technical issues. Each case is reviewed individually.
